MYA: Full TIme Kid with Mya.
[sound of giggling] Hi, I'm Mya.
Today I'm going to show you how to make your very own slushie.
Here's what you'll need-- some sports drinks or juice, some ice, one gallon freezer bag, one sandwich bag, two tablespoons of salt, and two cups.
The first thing you want to do is get your big bag and pour 1/3 of ice-- like this.
Then, add two tablespoons of salt.
Now, you're going to close the bag, and shake.
Then fill about 3/4 of the small Ziploc with the juice.
Place the small bag in the ice-filled bag, then shake.
[music playing] This is a big opportunity to dance in your kitchen or exercise those muscles.
[music playing] (SINGING) Whoo hoo!
[music playing] It might take awhile.
[music playing] [gasps] Once your liquid turns into slush, it's ready.
It should look like this.
This makes about two servings.
Or you can get greedy and drink both of them.
Let's eat some slushies.
Ta-dah.
Now you just made you own slushies.
Now let's taste this.
So cold.
It's so good.
Here's a trick if you get a brain freeze from your slushies.
All you have to do is get your tongue, and put it on the roof of your mouth.
What flavor will you make for your slushie?
Let me know in the comments below.
See you next time.
[music playing] [giggles] For some reason it's so hard.
MAN OFF CAMERA: Don't shake it too hard.
[giggles] It went up my nose.
[laughs] Put that in the bloopers.
Full Time Kid with Mya.
